1. Agreement

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — This section sets out that using AuditOpti means accepting these terms, who the contracting entity is (OptiRank Studio), and how changes to the terms are notified.

2. The service

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — What AuditOpti provides: automated technical crawls, Core Web Vitals data sourced from Google, AI-generated narrative, and report delivery. It should be explicit that audit findings are informational and are not a guarantee of search rankings.

3. Your responsibilities

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — You must have permission to audit each site you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of client contact details you enter and for what you send your clients using the product.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — Monthly billing through Stripe, prices exclusive of tax, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — No crawling sites you do not have permission to crawl, no attempts to circumvent rate limits or page caps, no reselling raw API access outside the Business plan terms.

6. Liability

REPLACE WITH REVIEWED TEXT — Limitation of liability, capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
